What is loach soup 
                        
The Chueotang (loach soup) is highly recommended as health food. ‘Chu’ from ‘Chueotang’ means Autumn. Chueotang is named after this and loach especially has better taste during the autumn. Chueotang is loach stew with full of spices. Loach does not eat anything and just sleeps during the winter and that is why loach soup is more preferred during the autumn. However, the taste differ less in present time because loach farming is so developed now. 

Loach 

The best advantage of eating loach is that it has a lot of protein.   Sufficient iron, calcium and vitamins can also be found it in. Loach also contains qualified unsaturated fat which helps to lower the cholesterol level. It is also helpful for diabetes, high blood pressure and arteriosclerosis. Mineral, high protein and calcium which are needed for moderns are also in loach and this makes loach soup so popular and recommended. That also gives good eye sights and strengthens immune system by building protection of respiratory organs.

Chueotang is just good as any other tonics and is highly recommended for protection and strengthening. Overeating does not cause any stomachache rather good for constipation. Chueotang is highly used for recovery food. You may also improve the quality of your body and the energy. If you eat 20 loaches every day, you will be full of energy. It is better to eat smaller loaches and it can combined with pumpkin and cabbage leaves.
